Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. Since originating in Japan, reiki has been adapted into varying cultural traditions across the world. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is supposedly transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet, hands and ears. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may be an effective way to alleviate stress.
The theory behind reflexology is that these areas correspond to organs and systems of the body. Proponents believe that pressure applied to these areas affects the organs and benefits the person's health.
Reflexologists use foot charts to guide them as they apply pressure to specific areas. Sometimes these practitioners use items, such as rubber balls, rubber bands and sticks of wood, to assist in their work. Practitioners of reflexology include chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists, among others.

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) therapy involves the use of low-voltage electric currents to treat pain. Electrodes or mediums for electricity to travel to the body, placed on the body at the site of pain deliver electricity that travels through the nerve fibers. The electric currents block the pain receptors from being sent from the nerves to the brain.
The most common conditions that TENS therapy is used to treat are:
-
Osteoporosis-related joint, bone, or muscle problems
-
Fibromyalgia-related joint, bone, or muscle problems
-
Tendinitis (muscle tissue inflammation)
-
Bursitis (inflammation of the fluid-filled pads that cushion the joints)
-
Neck pain
-
Labor pain
-
Cancer pain

Thai Stretching

P.E.M.F THERAPY
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field
Thai Stretching is a age-old technique that is being discovered by many people as an effective and comfortable way to get the necessary stretching that we all need.
Thai stretching uses passive-assisted stretching, where therapists assist recipients to move into their stretch. Thai stretching encourages recipients to reach their edge of flexibility, but doesn’t exceed the recipient’s comfort level.
Thai stretching has proven to very effective for individuals who participate in martial arts, gymnastics, all forms of dance, yoga, football, track and field and many other activities that rely on flexibility and excellent rang of motion

PEMF therapy uses bursts of low-level electromagnetic radiation to heal damaged tissues and bone, to relieve injury-related pain, and even to stimulate organs.
PEMFs stimulate every level of the body. You apply mats, pads, rings or paddles externally, and the electromagnetic pulses of energy penetrate the body at the cellular level. Your body then uses that energy to heal itself through its natural healing mechanisms. Depending on the extent of the issue, PEMFs can address a slight imbalance quickly, like a pulled muscle, or it can work to bring about a more substantial change over time, like restoring a sluggish organ system.
